The BDAAA gift shop
has an exceptional variety of items created by artists, including jewelry, glassware, pottery, prints, photographs, greeting and note cards, scarves, handbags, wooden items, books, and much more. Inventory is constantly changing and there is always a wonderful selection with prices to fit all budgets. Also, each of the six major BDAAA art exhibits throughout the year offers some original artists’ works for sale. The BDAAA receives 30% on sales. Profits help support operational expenses and annual high school scholarships.

Some Gift Shop features:

The new book, "Fire from Within" by Chaz DeMeyer (featured in the Daily Citizne), plus his original CD is now at the Seippel Center.  Chaz tells the story of his physical, spiritual, and emotional rehabilitation as he overcame the handicaps suffered from a car accident at the age of 24, just as he was a "rising star" in the Chicago music scene.

The Atlas of Breeding Birds of WI , first of its kind for WI, published by the WI Society for Ornithology; Prints of Pope John Paul II portraits by internationally know artist, George Pollard. (Sold individually or in sets); Canvas prints by Terrill Knaack; Photographs by Jack Bartholmai

The Garden
Mary Ann's garden is a constantly changing three seasons garden that attracts just as much attention as the exhibits inside the Seippel Center.  We invite you to come stroll, sit and relax in the beautiful country garden designed by Kathy Barnett, a community member. The garden is now under the direction of Master Gardener, Julie Fortune.  A number of volunteers assist in the grooming of the garden.  More help is always welcome.  To volunteer, call 885-3635.
